Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.

The information we collect is used such as to fill an order, to contact buyers if they have questions, or to send email with special offers.

Shipping Information:

Orders may take up to 2 weeks so please plan accordingly. For an extra charge we can get them sooner.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. For this reason Trident Multisports has a 30-day return/exchange policy on all items. The following is a list of points that apply to all returns:

1. All items must be returned in unused condition with all packaging material and tags. Items that are returned in used condition will be returned at the customer's expense. Please call us at 1-515-208-1765 if your product has a manufacturer defect for instructions on fixing the problem.

2.Wetsuits may not be worn in the water and must have all tags and original packaging in order to be returned.

3.Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date.

4.Shipping charges are not refundable.

5.Nutritional, Food, and Supplement products may not be returned.

6.Under garments such as briefs, boxers, undershorts, underpants may not be returned for size exchange or refunds. Due to hygienic reasons we cannot restock these items.

7.SwimP3 Players, DVD's, VHS videos and audio CDs, may only be returned unopened. If defective, they may only be exchanged for the same title.

8.All items being sent out on an exchange will be sent via UPS Ground unless prior arrangements have been made. Wheels, Bikes and Bike Shipping Containers will have a 10% restocking fee applied, if returned.

9.There will be no returns or exchanges allowed on Clearance Items.

10.If an order does not qualify for free shipping after items are returned, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. This includes orders that are completely returned that had free shipping when ordered.

Instructions for processing a return:

Complete the Return/Exchange form included with your invoice and place in the box to be returned. If you do not fill out the form, we cannot accept your return. Box items securely with durable packaging material. Insure that items will not be damaged in return trip. Drop package off at a UPS shipping location or call UPS for a pick up.

WARRANTY

All original manufacturer warranties apply. Trident Multisports offers absolutely no warranties, implied or otherwise, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or application. Trident Multisports will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, property damage, or personal injury damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
